This wooden plate is made from domestically produced fir wood, and is made by craftsmen in Nagano one by one using a potter's wheel.
It has a very beautiful shape, and the grain of the fir tree is clearly dark and has a distinctive beautiful color,
It is also used for show plates in French restaurants.
