What we aimed for was a bamboo cutlery that can be used like the metal cutlery that we are used to.
Metal cutlery may interfere with the metallic taste of some sweet or sour foods. However, if you use wooden cutlery, it will be thick and thick due to the nature of the material that warps easily, so it doesn't seem to be the best way to enjoy it. Using bamboo, a material with supple strength, craftsmen have made cutlery as thin and thin as possible.
It does not have the sharpness and hardness of metal, so it can be used with wood and lacquerware. that come into direct contact with the mouth. It is a wipe-lacquer finish instead of urethane coating, so it is recommended as a gift or for children.

We are showing it at the Isetan Shinjuku store, which is currently being held, but we have received inquiries about whether there is a large fork. It is difficult to balance the strength and thinness of a large fork, so we are still making samples and aiming to improve them. It may be added when it is finished to a satisfactory shape (the timing is undecided).
