The Kagure linen shop coat was completed and released this spring. It is a shop coat made as a staff uniform and as a product for sale to customers.
We cooperated with the original shop coat project by Kagure and enrica by doing product planning in the form of everyone's tools.

▼As a uniform
"Comfortable and comfortable to wear"
"I'm happy to be able to wear it beautifully with just the right silhouette"
"Because there is a string, you can wear it in a wide variety of ways, and you can adjust the silhouette, which is convenient."
"In the inner pocket, I put scented items such as sachets."
As much as I thought with the staff, it seemed to be worn close to the image!
While it is well received, as a proposal for improvement,
"If you have a large bust, should the button be lowered because it is a tight case when you fasten the button?"
There is also an opinion. The designer, Mr. enrica Machida, adjusted the position of the button so that the items in the inner pocket would not fall out. This is the point where you decide which one to prioritize. Future developments and whether or not there will be any revisions during additional production are still undecided, but sharing opinions for improvement after many people wear them is an important step in the future. It's a small and time-consuming process, but I believe that the accumulation of these efforts will be put to good use in Kagure's future craftsmanship and planning.

As a sales product, it seems that the movement is good, so I'm relieved. As a reaction of customers, it seems that there are many people who see it at a glance at the store and choose it. The concept and thoughts of Kagure are shared by all the staff and put into the original shop coat for this product plan. I am more than happy that I was able to create something that you could see in the store and think, "I want it!"

This was the first time that we worked with corporate professionals instead of general users, but it was a good experience for the participants to get a good feel for the movement of the finished product. Thanks to Kagure and enrica. thank you very much.
And we have decided to continue this series with the second installment! ! Information will be released later, but we will recruit new staff members, change the members, and move on to the second original item project.
There are a lot of improvements in the operation, so I'm going to blush more and move on. This time, we plan to upload a report for each planning meeting and progress while reporting the progress until completion.
