Thank you for your kind introduction.
So far, everyone's items have been held many times, but the feature this time was that "the regional characteristics came out strongly".
・We were able to realize projects that could not be realized in Tokyo, such as timber procurement and workshop tours.
・The participants were also guests of Bookmark Day who live in Matsumoto and Azumino, and the project focused on living in this area.
・At the completion ceremony, Mr. Goto, a chef who is active in Azumino, came to visit us, and we were able to create a menu using local seasonal ingredients.
I was able to take on many challenges for the first time this time, taking advantage of the geographical advantage of Matsumoto.
From the manufacturing stage to the planning, usage scene, and future development, it was a special event that showed the goodness of the Matsumoto area as it was.
I felt a deep love for this area from Mr. Shiori, who was involved in this project, and all the participants.
I got the impression that it is a town that has a strong connection with people as well as love for the region, so I hope that this tableware will continue to have a point of contact with Matsumoto through connections between people.
It was refreshing to start thinking from the perspective of Matsumoto's unique pottery, and I was also very interested in working on it. I would like to once again express my gratitude to everyone who participated, Mr. Kikuchi from Shiori Day, and the town of Matsumoto. thank you very much.
We are planning to continue in Matsumoto in the future, so I would like to proceed so that it can be realized.
