Yesterday, I stopped by the IRORI HOSTEL in Bakuroyokoyama while I was traveling. It's a fashionable hostel that suddenly appears in the middle of the wholesale district, but the first floor is a cafe space, and Mr. Hachikura runs the cafe once a week.
Hachizo is a traveling coffee and cafe unit run by Mr. and Mrs. Yanagawa. In the future, it seems that miscellaneous goods can also be started. Mr. Hachizo is in the process of planning the Shinjuku Isetan event in October ( last year's event ) and the joint event in November.
It is an event that combines food and living tools, and is a partner in the field that Pint! wants to focus on.

Hachizo runs a cafe at IRORI HOSTEL once a week. The day of the week changes every month, but it seems to be every Tuesday this August.
The menu consists of coffee and food, sandwich plates, desserts and coffee jelly. I am glad that it is OK for lunch and cafe use. It was lunch time yesterday, so I had a sandwich (with a lot of soup) and coffee. My mobile phone ran out of battery, so the photo is a different menu (which also looks delicious), but yesterday I had a sandwich with grilled summer vegetables and a soup full of mushrooms and a slight curry flavor.
It was my first time eating Mr. Hachizo's food, but it was plentiful and delicious! In the middle of a business district lined with wholesalers, the menu is made with the idea of having a delicious lunch with plenty of vegetables. Of course, the coffee was hand-dripped, and it was a delicious taste that did not disappoint.
