I received an email and a photo from a customer who bought it the other day.
PINT wooden plates are finished with oil instead of urethane, so we recommend using them for both oily and warm dishes. Oil stains may remain, but they will become familiar with long-term use, and in the case of horse chestnut, the color will darken over time. Of course, since it is made of wood, the possibility of warping and handling precautions are not zero, but it is a place where you can enjoy a long relationship while aging. I am glad that you have chosen this way of using and interacting with us.
I got two. This is the first one, veggie tempura (fried carafu).

This is the second piece, square bean tempura.
Both are cooked with ingredients like restaurants and look delicious. I didn't see square beans very often at supermarkets in Tokyo, so I learned about them for the first time.
I would be happy if you could use it a lot from now on.
