Hotel tou nishinotoin kyoto opened last spring in Nishinotoin, Kyoto.
Bread basket (S size) is used for breakfast.

When we opened, we delivered quite a few, but they are being used almost at full capacity every day, and they are devising various ways to wash and care for them.
I think it's more troublesome to handle than normal tableware, but I'm grateful and happy that you can use it carefully even in a difficult situation.
Breakfast is also becoming more popular, so we received a request for additional production, and we are preparing for new production.
The smallest size, S, is used by folding it deep and compactly into a cylindrical shape.
Until now, many restaurants have used sliced baguettes, but this is a croissant.
It looks great when paired with paper napkins. (If you put the croissant directly in, the oil will stick to the dough, so be careful when trying it.)
I haven't been able to visit yet due to the influence of corona, but the food of Kyoto is carefully selected, and it seems that both Western and Japanese food are delicious.
It's great that the breakfast at the hotel is delicious with local food.
If you are planning to stay in Kyoto, please consider including it as a candidate ^ ^
