Tree species are From the left of the three types of photos, "Tamo", "Cherry" and "Walnut". The design of the shavings on the back side is different for each tree species. The weight varies more depending on the individual than the difference in tree species, so there is no difference depending on the tree species. ( Please note that even with the same tree species, there are individual differences in both color and grain. )
Both of the plates used for serving the fruit are made from a different species of cherry.
The finish is oil and beeswax. Please be careful if you are concerned about oil, etc., as it may stain. It's your choice, but it's also recommended that you let the stains blend in and enjoy growing it in a dark color.
