"suntrap – Yoko Morimoto Exhibition"
11/23 (Fri)-12/10 (Mon)
Ms. Yoko Morimoto of “Ceramic Studio suntrap”, who works in Kyoto with a technique called “hand-forming”. It is a shape with a taste different from the potter's wheel. I had an image that hand-formed wares would be plump, but I was attracted to Mr. Morimoto's utensils. It has a thin and smooth shape with a tasteful texture of clay and hand-formed. The glaze is also original, and the expression of each vessel is different. Pick it up and find your favourite.
