We received a request for Pojagi from Seinen Gekijo as a stage set and used it. (Performance ends)

It was the first time it was used as a stage set for a play. At first, we received an inquiry, specified the size, and produced it while receiving the theme of the play and a general image of the bojagi. Since we usually produce it mainly for use in shops and homes, this is the largest size we have produced so far.
I didn't know how to use it on stage, so I had an image of hanging it on one of the stage props or hanging it on the background of the space, but I was able to use my imagination diagonally upwards. It was really used as the main stage set, and for each scene, it was laid out on the floor, hung in the air and touched, or hung from the ceiling and floated. I was really surprised to see how a single flat piece of cloth could be used in such a small stage space.
It was a theater in Tokyo, so it was my first online theater experience, but I was drawn in by the overwhelming world view even through the screen. It was a difficult time due to the influence of corona, but the planned number of tickets was sold out, and the curtain was closed on a high note.
Bojagi's performance was also very well received, and I'm really happy to hear that there were many impressions that Bojagi was good in the questionnaire. And we've received inquiries from customers who have seen the play, and I'm excited to see if we can make a super-large size similar to the one used in the play.
Seinen Gekijo, the performance in April seems to be a story set in Kyotango. They will send you a leaflet, and when it arrives, it will be placed in the shop in Kyoto, so please check it out when you visit.
Thank you to everyone at the Youth Theater and the stage designer who found this bojagi for giving me such a wonderful opportunity.
