"Wooden Vessel Story"

"I don't really understand wooden vessels." We respond to such voices. Solid wood and laminated wood, differences between tree species, processing techniques, types of finishes, and maintenance methods. We have many samples and products.

A New Form of Mingei Considered by Millennials
What do you think of when you hear the word “folk art”? old vessel? Local souvenir? Let's think about a new "Mingei" for the millennial generation (late teens to around 30).

"Linen Story"
9/16 (Sun) 10:00–11:30
A meeting to learn about linen maniacs, which is also popular among apparel professionals. We will touch various sample fabrics, such as raw materials, threads, weaves, and processing, and convey various expressions of linen.

"yohaku exhibition Japanese cut and sew"
9/22 (Sat)-10/8 (Mon)
Yohaku, a cut-and-sew brand led by Mr. Watanabe, who has a deep love for threads and fabrics, is coming to Kyoto. You can see the lineup of yohaku, including new works, which are not usually handled on PINT.
From thread, fabric, dyeing to sewing, Japanese cut-and-sews are carefully made with domestic craftsmen. Clothes you want to wear every day. There are both ladies' and men's. Please take this opportunity to try it.

How to use new things to think about in the millennial generation
If you don't drink miso soup and don't have many opportunities to use lacquerware, let's think about new ways to use lacquerware together.

Enjoy a delicious dinner at a "round table" using seasonal vegetables around the dining table. And the story of things and vessels. This is a monthly night gathering where adults who love tools for everyday life gather.
