Cream bread with brioche served with nuts. It's oblong shape, so it's nice to use it as a small plate like this. I thought it would be nice to use different sizes of food side by side without using small plates.
I haven't been to Hitototema yet, but Mr. Hirano sent me Spicy Nuts from N-APARTMENT and they were delicious. I could tell that they were very particular about the materials they used and that they were using gentle and good quality materials. Still, the moment I ate it without that kind of thing, it was delicious.
It seems that some sweets can be taken out, so it seems to be useful as a small souvenir if you are nearby.
