Kyoto is a city that loves bread and is said to have many delicious bakeries and consume a lot of bread. I love bread and buy it often, but when I take it home it's crushed or damp in a plastic bag. From such worries, I received a request to make a "bag for bread" with "everyone's item".
The members are Mr. Hamaya from the miscellaneous goods store “ sumao ” in Shijo Omiya who made the request, Mr. Yamada from the bread pilot “ painlot ”, and 7 people who love bread. This is a temporary product planning team that will meet five times in three months to make bags, starting with the first meeting.
Each time, we gather at the PINT at the venue, talk about our love for bread, and think about the shape and specifications while imagining the scene of buying and taking it home. How can I take it home deliciously? I buy bread every day, so I want to make it something that I always want to have.
Make samples over and over again, put the bread you brought in, take turns using it, and fix it again. The bag that was completed repeatedly has become a unique shape that no one else has.
After each meeting, we had a dinner party with recommended bread that each of us brought. We ate delicious bread together and enjoyed making it together.
The name "bread linen bag" was also a name that everyone came up with after it was completed. Like Kyoto, we put "Hannari" and named it ""Bread Nen bag"".
A bag for bread lovers, thought by bread lovers.

At the main planning meeting, everyone's love for bread and their ideas were really well combined, and everyone was active and made a masterpiece. Also, in addition to the original product planning, each person had their own specialty and role, so it was a reliable and powerful team. It was kind of like a small company and it was a lot of fun. Thank you very much to all the members.
It was the first time everyone's item in Kyoto was closer to food than before, so it was delicious and fun every time, and it was a lively time. After all, I think that if you are having fun while thinking and creating, you will be able to create good things.
I hope this bread linen bag will reach many people this time as well.
